Trial Lawyer Prep
Podcast hosted by me, Elizabeth Larrick
What if you could hang out with trial lawyers and trial consultants, ask them about connecting with clients and juries more effectively; then take strategies, tactics, and insights to increase your success? That’s what we do each week on the podcast Trial Lawyer Prep.
Every episode is an in-depth look at how to regain touch with the everyday world, understand the emotional burden of your clients and juries, and use focus groups in this process. The goal is to help you connect with juries and clients in order to improve your abilities in the courtroom.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth
I witnessed some of the negative aspects of the judicial system when I was very young. I was in awe of the power and knowledge lawyers possessed, and after graduating from the University of North Texas, I obtained my J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
My experience in running my own personal injury law firm and in my time with the Keenan Law Firm, I built skills as a trial lawyer, learned case strategy, running effective focus groups and trial organization. My trial experience has exposed me to truck cases, business litigation, employment law, sexual assault cases, medical malpractice cases, premises liability cases and other niche areas of law across the United States.
I use my personal courtroom experience and the hours of focus groups to help lawyers with case strategy, case themes, evidence sequencing, mediation presentations, client testimony preparation, opening statements, trial, and many other aspects of case development.
