I attended the course on Zoom focus groups.  It is very obvious that Ms. Larrick is on top of her game.  She is on point in all area, including gathering focus groupers, using the appropriate form of the many different focus groups that are available, and, so very crucially, interpreting the information gathered during the focus group.

Remove fears and doubts about trying online jury research for your law firm (i.e. absences, skewing panel, bias, etc.).

Create a plan to set up a virtual focus group for your law firm (e.g. from recruiting to presenting to moderating) .

Know how to avoid common pitfalls surrounding virtual jury research (e.g. efficiency, communications, timing, etc).
