How I work with Plaintiff Lawyers

My visions is to help you solve problems and relieve stress so you can feel prepared, aware, and thoughtful about your case, with a partnership based in satisfaction, reliability, and consistency.

Focus groups are a great way to get the unbiased feedback you need to make decisions, and I’m here to help you do that.

Testimony in a courtroom can be terrifying and even traumatic for your witnesses. I have a personal passion to help witnesses prepare to fulfill their role in their own case by testifying.

Elizabeth recently assisted our office in conducting a focus group in a highly contested case. Utilizing all of the valuable information that we learned during focus group, we were able to obtain not only justice for our client, but “full justice.”

Due to the contested liability and damage scenario. Plaintiff attorneys conducted four zoom focus groups with fellow Edge and TTLA member Elizabeth Larrick. Initially, focus groups found up to 80%+ fault against Plaintiff. By the fourth focus group, we had results at a 50-50 liability assessment. Plaintiff trial team highly recommends Elizabeth Larrick for focus group needs.

I chose a virtual focus group because of its’ ease of use and Elizabeth.  I have used her services in the past and it is as helpful as any in-person focus group I’ve used.  Elizabeth is an excellent moderator and helps you prepare and debriefs you after the focus group better than any moderator I’ve used in the past.  She is thorough and efficient and what’s not to like about that!  I will use her again and always recommend her.

We recently completed a virtual focus group with Elizabeth. She did a wonderful job arranging the participants, handling technical difficulties, and making sure the participants understood the assignment. She effectively guided the group’s discussion to the key issues in our lawsuit so that we could develop strategies for presenting and characterizing disputed evidence at trial. I would use Elizabeth again because of how much she helped us learn about the positive and negative aspects of our case.

Elizabeth’s focus groups are a must for litigators. What differentiates Elizabeth is the hours she has devoted to this skill to understand the “why.” She will keep digging and pulling threads with individual members to draw out what they’re really thinking, but may be afraid to say. These groups and her feedback have provided a much needed outside view of cases to focus on what matters.

I have scheduled many focus groups through Elizabeth Larrick over the last few years and have found them to be invaluable to the cases I handle. Whether hiring Elizabeth to handle the focus group itself or just reserving a one hour or four hour session, each time I have gained insight into the strengths and weaknesses of my cases that I never would have learned otherwise. The information obtained through focus groups has changed the types of cases I accept, the strategies I employ in representing clients and the preparation I perform in every single case.

Just a couple hours of consulting time with Elizabeth before a trial and it saved me a ton of time and money.  Consulting with Elizabeth was like getting the perspective of hundreds of focus groups without doing an actual focus group. Elizabeth gave me perspective on my case that I had not fully considered, and I ended up negotiating an incredible offer on my case without the time and expense involved with trial

I reached out to Elizabeth for a focus group because I needed feedback regarding some tough facts about my client.  I was 6-months from trial, working on pre-trial motions, and had a mediation scheduled. A virtual focus group was an efficient tool to learn more. In our planning call, Elizabeth helped craft the best way to effectively present to the focus group. Elizabeth’s feedback during this initial call highlighted the importance of an independent view of the case. Elizabeth recruited participants who were very similar to our anticipated jury pool.  Watching the focus group really helped me understand that my client’s tough facts were an issue, but in a different way than I anticipated. This lesson then directed my strategy on pre-trial motions. It was interesting and important to continue to brainstorm with Elizabeth after the focus group. Elizabeth offers generous feedback. Elizabeth’s virtual focus groups are a vital tool to developing factual and legal strategies. Every focus group I do with Elizabeth reminds me that I need to do more.
